If you submit the contact form or newsletter form, we receive the details you enter (such as name, email, topic, and message). Forms are processed and stored by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We use that information only to respond, provide the newsletter, or follow up on consulting inquiries.

Honeypot and spam prevention

Forms include a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam. Humans should leave it blank.

Analytics and cookies

This static site does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and prefer privacy-respecting options.

Purchases (Gumroad)

Our $10 digital guides and the $29 Complete Library bundle are sold and delivered through Gumroad, a third-party store. When you select a “Get” or buy button, you leave this site for Gumroad’s checkout. Gumroad processes your payment, email address, and order details under its own privacy policy and terms; we do not see or store your card details. As the seller, we receive basic order information from Gumroad (such as the product purchased and your email) to deliver the download and handle support. See Gumroad’s privacy policy.

Links to our paid store

Pages on this site, including free guides, link to our own paid products on Gumroad. These are our products, not affiliate links—we do not earn commissions from third parties for linking to them.

Fonts (Google Fonts)

This site loads its typefaces (Newsreader and DM Sans) from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. See Google’s privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting logs (such as IP address and user agent) may be stored by the provider according to their policies.

Please do not send detailed medical records through public forms. Website content is educational and not a substitute for personalized care. Consulting, if scheduled, follows professional confidentiality standards applicable to a registered dietitian.
